- How does shopanddonate work? When you click on the banner of a shop, they pay us a referral fee for every order placed. We donate 100% of all the fees we receive from the companies to nonprofit projects. Currently we are fully supporting the extension of the student-run organization AIESEC to Palestine. - Do I have extra costs when I shopanddonate? No! You are not going to pay more by accessing the shops via using our site. You will have the same prices, promotions and services as if you were going to their websites directly. All of the donations come out of the companies pockets. - How do I know how much a company gives? You can see the amount next to each company´s logo. Either they give a fixed amount per order or a certain percentage of your total order value. - Do the companies always pay, when I shop with them? YES. Whenever you come to shopanddonate first and access their shops via clicking the links on our site. Just typing their name into your browser window unfortunately does not work. So the best thing is to bookmark our page and use it whenever you want to buy online :-) - Can you see who ordered? Never! All the info we receive are the name of the shop and the amount that was spent with every purchase. We are not able to figure out who the order made or what you bought. - Are there more stores where I can shopanddonate? YES. We are constantly extending the variety of participating shops and companies. Come back often to check whether your favorite store is among them. To speed up things a little, send a mail to request@shopanddonate.de and we will try to set it up on the site. - I live outside Germany. Can I shopanddonate, too? In most of the cases YES, as long as our participating companies offer their service in your country. So you can use shopanddonate to book, let´s say, an EasyJet flight from Estonia to the UK. On the other hand, getting a chip for your cellphone does not work (as they are not being shipped outside Germany). - I like the project you are supporting and want to donate without shopping.
